About us / Introduction

A team and a professional network.

DigitalizeIT operates as a network. Development, process automation, artificial intelligence, digital workspaces and creative content production sit within the team, and around it is a carefully built professional network that is a working part of the system, not an outside fallback.

Our experience doesn't narrow to a single discipline. Alongside the IT side there's business and creative practice too: event management, marketing, running a company, music, sound, video. That's why we quickly see where information gets stuck in a business, and what makes a process smooth or painful.

What we can do, we do. What someone else does better, we bring the right specialist in for, and we supervise their work throughout. You deal with one point of contact from start to finish.

Let's talk

About us / The coordinator

The coordinator

One person you can turn to.

A specific person takes your enquiry and coordinates the work across the team and the professional network. Briefly, in the first person.

It started early for me: as a child I was already writing music and translating games for my friends, and in time everyone around me came to me when a laptop, a piece of software or a camera system wasn't behaving. It became clear quickly that this wasn't a burden for me; it was the thing I actually wanted to do.

Alongside that I worked in event management, marketing and management, up to running a larger company. Those aren't side stories: they taught me how a business works from the inside. That's what I bring to coordinating every project.

And the music? That isn't work; it's a way of expressing something. Modern composition sits closer to technology than you'd first think: look at the circuits of a synthesiser, or the noise-generating algorithms in an audio plugin. For me the technical and the creative aren't two separate worlds but one.

My job is to understand what you need and to make sure the right person sits down to the task. You won't have to mediate between several parties.

The coordinator

The name

An instruction that also happens to name the trade.

DigitalizeIT comes from the exclamation „Digitalize it!” and carries the IT abbreviation inside it: a brand name and a call to action at once.

One entry point

You don't have to find a separate party for the website, the automation and the video. You say it once, in one place, and the rest is our job.

A network behind it

What the team knows, we handle in-house. What someone else does better, we bring the right specialist in for, and we stay with their work throughout.

A call to action

The imperative in the name isn't an accident. Digitalization is worth something when it actually starts, not when it's been planned.

Three principles

What every line of this site should carry.

Not slogans, but the three things every step of the work follows from.

Transparency

We explain plainly why the SEO is worth improving, what the design depends on, where a workflow gets stuck. You get a clear picture of the options, and you decide.

No lock-in

There's no single technology set in stone. The solution follows the task: it can be a popular platform, an open-source system or a custom build.

Genuine expertise

The team is backed by years of accumulated experience across IT, business and creative disciplines, alongside a reliable professional network.

Who it's for

We'll work well together if this is true.

The same solution doesn't suit everyone, so it's worth being clear up front about what to expect.

It's for you if

  • Small or medium business. You need a digital presence but don't want to run an IT department.
  • A serious rollout. You want to introduce processes, AI or automation with coordinated delivery.
  • Transparent work. You want clear options, and you want to be the one choosing between them.
  • Two languages. Bilingual work is a given in Budapest, and enquiries come from abroad too.

What it takes

  • Openness to change. Digitalization delivers when you're willing to adjust how things run, too.
  • One question to start from. You don't need a finished plan, but you need one thing that bothers you or that you want to achieve.
  • An available decision-maker. We'll need you on a few questions; without you we'd only be guessing.
  • Working together. A good solution comes out of a conversation, not from an idea imposed from outside.

When you get in touch

People come to us in two kinds of situation.

One is urgent, the other considered, and each has its own way of working.

The house is on fire

Case 1: Urgent
Something has stopped, you can't get into a system, your sysadmin has quit. There's no time for long discussion then: message us or call, and we start fixing it as fast as we can. These cases carry an emergency surcharge; in return the help is almost immediate.

Longer-term project

Case 2: Considered
A website, a fix, a custom software need, an AI solution, digitizing documentation, a commercial shoot. Here we move more slowly: if it helps, we'll hear out what you need in person, or look at the system we'll be working with. After the assessment we give a concrete quote, and you only pay for work that's actually done.

The process, step by step

Four steps, and no assessment theatre.

From the first enquiry to delivery it's the same route, whether it's a website or an AI rollout.

Enquiry

You describe what's stuck or what you want to achieve. You don't need a finished plan; one sentence is enough to start.

Assessment

We listen to the requirements and look at the system or the product we'll be working with. In person, if that helps.

Quote

A concrete quote and a clear picture of the options, with nothing forced on you. You decide which direction suits you.

Delivery

We do the work, or bring in the right specialist for it. You only pay for work that's actually done.

Important details

Every access and all data stays yours.

This isn't fine print, it's the point: you're not at anyone's mercy.

The access sits with you

The subscriptions and tools a project needs, hosting for example, are set up in your own name.

All the data is yours

Whatever goes into the system stays your property and can be exported at any time.

You're not tied to us

You're not locked into a single solution. If you go elsewhere, we hand over everything needed to keep it running.

Documentation handed over

At the end of the work you get a written description of what sits where and how it works, so someone else can carry it on.

Questions about how it works

There's an answer to the unspoken objections too.

You don't need to arrive with a finished plan. You tell us what bothers you, and we work out the right solution together.

That's completely fine, and common. You tell us what's stuck or what bothers you, and we work out the right solution together. You don't need a finished plan.

Yes. If a system has gone down or you can't get into something, message us or call. These carry an emergency surcharge; in return we start almost immediately.

After the assessment you get a concrete quote, and you only pay for work that's actually done. The subscriptions a project needs, hosting for example, are set up in your own name.

After the assessment you get a concrete deadline. A simpler website is a few weeks, a larger automation or AI rollout longer, but you can see the steps in advance.

You do. Hosting and subscriptions are set up in your own name, so all the data and every access stays yours, and you can move on at any time.

The same point of contact throughout. They coordinate the work across the team and the professional network, so you never have to mediate between several parties.

Yes, in English and in Hungarian. Online collaboration has no geographic limit, and the bilingual environment in Budapest is a given anyway.
